Teachers are independent contractors who offer classes, workshops, and programs under their own leadership, supported by shared systems, visibility, and community.

You are not paid per class.
You earn directly from the students you serve.

Three Ways to Join the Collective

Path 1: Teaching Lab

For teachers who want structured support before joining the Collective.

  • Complete the Teaching Lab program

  • Build clarity, confidence, and consistency

  • Transition into the Collective upon completion

Best for teachers who want mentorship and refinement before launching independently.

Path 2: Experience Exemption

$99 application fee

For experienced teachers ready to step directly into the Collective.

  • Demonstrated teaching experience

  • Clear alignment with the Collective model

  • Approved through application review

Best for established teachers with a strong professional foundation.

Path 3: Audition

$99 application fee

For teachers whose experience is best assessed through live teaching.

  • Submit an application

  • Complete a short teaching audition

  • Evaluated for readiness and alignment

Best for teachers with experience that doesn’t fit neatly on paper.

$75 up to 2 classes

$99 up to 4 classes

$149 unlimited classes

Add-On Professional Services

  • Available at member pricing:

    • 1:1 Coaching Sessions (business, teaching, branding)

    • Workshop Development Support

    • Signature Class Design

    • Cueing + Sequencing Feedback Sessions

    • Quarterly Business Strategy Review

Revenue Split

  • Teachers keep 80% of revenue from all offerings

  • Unabashed receives 20% for platform operations

  • Workshop exceptions (70/30 for Unabashed-hosted or space-secured events)
