A strong yet supportive practice that teaches the building blocks of vinyasa yoga. Perfect for beginners or those refining their form, Foundations emphasizes breath, alignment, and intentional movement to build confidence and connection.
Fluid Flow Vinyasa (60 min)
A soulful, breath-driven vinyasa flow that feels like moving meditation. Fluid Flow combines creative sequencing, rhythmic transitions, and intentional breathwork to cultivate strength, freedom, and presence on the mat.
Forge Power Vinyasa (60 min)
An energizing, athletic vinyasa class designed to challenge strength, stamina, and focus. Forge features strong poses, intentional holds, and powerful breathwork to help you stoke your inner fire and move with purpose.
Feel: Blindfolded Vinyasa (60 min)
Feel is a soulful, sensory experience. Practiced blindfolded, this vinyasa class invites you to turn inward, heighten awareness, and move intuitively. Expect breath-driven flow, deep connection, and freedom on the mat.
Fold: Yin Yoga (60 min)
Fold invites you to slow down and surrender. Through long-held, floor-based postures, this yin practice targets deep connective tissue, unlocking tension, improving mobility, and restoring energetic balance.
Float: Restorative Yoga (60 min)
Float is a sanctuary of rest and stillness. Using props to fully support the body, this restorative practice encourages deep relaxation, nervous system reset, and subtle energetic renewal — leaving you grounded and light.
Fade: Yoga Nidra (45–60 min)
Fade guides you into profound rest through Yoga Nidra — a guided, meditative practice often called yogic sleep. Rest comfortably as you fade into a state of deep awareness, clarity, and calm.

Forge + Fold
Begin with the fire of Forge — an energizing power vinyasa — and transition into the stillness of Fold, a grounding yin practice. This hybrid experience builds strength, then releases tension for a complete mind-body reset.
Forge + Focus
A strong, breath-fueled Forge flow followed by Focus — a grounding close with guided meditation or breathwork. Build heat, then refine awareness.
Fluid + Float
Flow into restoration. Start with a gentle, breath-led vinyasa (Fluid), then shift into Float — a restful restorative practice. Leave feeling open, balanced, and renewed.
Float + Fluid
Start grounded in Float — a restorative sequence to open and calm the body — then gradually rise into Fluid Flow, moving with grace and ease. A gentle arc from rest to movement.
Feel + Focus
A soulful, sensory vinyasa (Feel) practiced blindfolded to heighten inner awareness, followed by Focus — a guided meditation or breathwork to deepen your connection. Move intuitively, then ground in stillness.
Feel + Fade
Journey inward with Feel — a blindfolded vinyasa flow that invites embodied presence — then ease into Fade, a guided Yoga Nidra practice. Leave refreshed, connected, and free.
Fold + Focus
Begin with Fold — yin yoga to release tension — then deepen your inner awareness with Focus, a guided meditation or breath practice. A perfect blend of stretch, stillness, and mindfulness.
Fold + Fade
Fold opens the body through long-held yin poses, preparing you to Fade into Yoga Nidra — a guided rest practice. Ground, release, and drift into deep calm.
Float + Fade
A deeply restorative experience. Begin with Float — fully supported, restful poses — and then Fade into Yoga Nidra. Soothe your nervous system, renew body and mind.
Float + Focus
Float guides you into supported rest, followed by Focus — a gentle breath or meditation practice to seal in peace and presence. A reset for body, mind, and spirit.
““Every class I teach blends the roots of yoga with modern sequencing, somatic awareness, and space for personal empowerment.
I’m committed to offering practices that are culturally aware, physically challenging, and soulfully grounded — because real transformation begins when we feel seen, strong, and free.””
